Policies:
The skipper must have experience on a comparable sized boat in tidal, otherwise you will be taking a licensed captain with you
You must be at least 25 years old to rent
50% deposit to confirm all reservations more than 30 days in advance. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance must be paid in full.
A valid CC with at least $1000 must be provided as a Security Deposit
Deposits are nonrefundable
Cancellations are only allowed in the event of severe weather: Thunderstorms at the time of your rental and/or wind in excess of 20kts.
We want you to enjoy the experience. We will not send any renters out into threatening or unsafe conditions, but we reserve the right to decide if the conditions are unsafe.
50% of the total course, charter, or rental fees are due at time of reservation. We will hold a spot for 48 hours without a deposit if the reservation is at least 30 days out. No reservations are confirmed until a deposit is received. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the start of the course, charter, or rental. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance require full payment at time of booking.

If cancellation occurs more than 30 days in advance, then the 50% deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit the total course, charter, or rental fees.

Rescheduling is only allowed if the reservation is modified more than 30 days in advance. Rescheduling will incur a $100 service charge or 10% of the total course, charter, or rental fees, whichever greater. Rescheduling less than 30 days in advance is not allowed unless approved by a manager.
